An ARR exclusive! Special double liner casting tube and liner sets for long burn C-SLOT, D-SLOT and Moonburner motor designs!

Several examples of C-SLOT motors are the 54mm Aerotech J90W, J180T, K135W, K185W, K270W and the 75mm M650W. For the 98’s, there’s the N1000W and the M750W. They are available in 54mm and 75mm for Research Rocketry Enthusiasts interested in designing long burn motors. These are NOT for Aerotech hardware, they are designed to fit Loki first, although AMW and Gorilla should fit fine. All casting Tubes and Liners are sold in 4′ lengths.

54mm Long Burn                                                                            

Outer liner: 1.925″ x 1.837″ x .044″ wall (standard liner, fully cured phenolic)
Inner liner: 1.824″ x 1.730″ x .047″ wall (inner insulating liner, fully cured phenolic)
Casting tube: 1.717″ x 1.659″ x .029″ wall (kraft paper with white glassine outer)

75mm Long Burn                                                                            

Outer liner: 2.734″ x 2.612″ x .061″ wall (standard liner, fully cured phenolic)
Inner liner: 2.598″ x 2.470″ x .064″ wall (inner insulating liner, fully cured phenolic)
Casting tube: 2.456″ x 2.400″ x .028″ wall (kraft paper with white glassine outer)

98mm Long Burn                                                                            

Outer liner: 3.480″ x 3.336″ x .070″ wall (standard liner, fully cured phenolic)
Inner liner: 3.320″ x 3.175″ x .072″ wall (inner insulating liner, fully cured phenolic)
Casting tube: 3.165″ x 3.089″ x .038″ wall (kraft paper with white glassine outer)
